Treat side effects of Accutane and get rid of acne scars while on Accutane

by Valeria Gallardo

If you suffer from acne chances are you have considered using an acne and acne scars treatment cream. The use of an acne treatment cream that is also an acne scar cream is of special benefit to individuals who have worse cases of acne than normal. The usage of the acne treatment and acne scars treatment cream reduces the imperfections of the skin caused by acne while at the same time it controls acne inflammation and prevents breakouts.

One type of acne scar is called the ice-pick scar. This is an unsightly scar that typically happens on the cheek. It is also occasionally called the deep pit scar. There are many different ice-pick acne scar reduction techniques. Until now it has been recommended not to use most techniques for acne scar removal while on Accutaneぐ treatment or any isotretinoin drug: RoAccutaneぐ, Amnesteemぐ, Claravisぐ, Sotretぐ. This can only be attempted by the use of a product with enzymes that also contains activators of skin regeneration for other procedures that use acids to peel off layers of damaged skin or laser resurfacing or abrasion can not be used on fragile skin without the risk or the certainty of further damaging the skin and causing more scarring.

Acne is a disease of the skin which causes inflammatory reactions. There are various forms of acne such as body acne and facial acne and acne can be classified as mild (pimples and zits, whiteheads and blackheads), moderate and severe. Severe acne occurs as localized infections deep in the skin, a type of abscess that is formed when oil ducts become clogged and infected. Cystic acne affects deeper skin tissue that the more superficial inflammation from common acne. Individuals who suffer from severe acne are prescribed Accutane to treat it successfully.

As said, for severe cases, Isotretinoin (13-cis-retinoic acid or Accutane) has been the standard for many years. This compound is taken orally for a 20 week course. It limits the function and size of sebaceous glands and thins the epidermis. Accutane is very effective for severe, cystic acne, but is associated with side effects that range from annoying (dry lips, mouth and skin) to very dangerous (liver damage, birth defects and severe psychiatric symptoms). Due to the fact that the use of isotretinoin (Accutane, Ro-Accutane and other brands of isotretinoin) has the side effect of thinning the skin, Doctors normally discourage simultaneous treatment of acne scars while on isotretinoin or retinoids.

But now a biological cream is available that can be used while on Accutane to both relieve its side effects and to start reducing scarring immediately. It is made with a natural compound that contains glycoconjugates, complex molecules made of carbohydrates, proteins, peptides, enzymes, co-enzymes and trace elements that dissolves or digests damaged tissues, and promotes the proliferation of hydrating molecules within the dermis and new connective tissues to replace those damaged or dysfunctional. It also helps to unclog pores. Because of this fact, you no longer need to wait for the course of isotretinoin to yield results before you start treating acne scars. Now acne scar removal can begin the minute you decide to become proactive and do what is possible to get rid of acne and acne scarring.

Reducing your acne is the first step you should take in scar reduction. Acne scars can be corrected, but if you do not prevent more acne from surfacing, you are just going to have more scars to reduce.

Many kinds of creams are on the market for the reduction of unsightly acne. Most people who use them find them to be very helpful. Unfortunately they have adverse effects that although may go unnoticed while on them, and not cause redness or dryness, the long term effect is damage to your tissues caused by the free radicals that those products use to kill bacteria.

An alternative to over the counter medications for acne that are packed with chemicals that liberate free radicals to destroy bacteria is a biological skin care product by the name BIOSKINCARE. It induces the proliferation of antimicrobial peptides on the surface of the skin and inside the follicles keeping microbes at bay. It also acts as an antioxidant, and moderates inflammation for it signals your body it is being taken care of properly and does not need to destroy its own tissues to fight invading bacteria or get rid of foreign matters such as the sebum that has been modified by those bacteria by swelling and pus. It also heals the skin lesions caused to the cells lining the hair follicles by the sudden overflow of sebum when sebum glands become overactive due to changing hormonal levels. And it takes care of dissolving debris and plugs that block pores while also dissolving the damaged tissues and the scarring that form as a reaction of the body to heal the areas damaged by inflammation. In fact it replaces damaged tissues with new regenerated skin cells. Bioskincare even strengthens the skin affected by the side effects of Accutane for it promotes the proliferation of collagen, while replacing damaged tissues with new collagen and elastin and new glycosaminoglycans: The latter are the molecules that hold several times their weight in water and hydrate and provide for skin's elasticity and capacity to withstand pressure and over-stretching.

Acne and acne scars treatment cream is becoming the norm for individuals who suffer from some of the worse cases of acne today. Ice-pick acne scar reduction is possible with the use of biological acne scar removal cream while on Accutane treatment for individuals that need to control excessive production of sebum with such a drug. The combined use of an acne skin care and acne scar treatment cream while on Accutane is suited to bring relief to those individuals that suffer from nodular cystic acne that has not been amenable to other treatments and have highly visible acne scars on areas such as the face or body. Acne scars can be removed using a biological acne and acne scars treatment cream. Even ice-pick acne scars can be treated with the cream that acts through enzymes that dissolve the damaged and dead outer layer of the skin instead of those abrading or peeling or laser resurfacing techniques that attempt the same. The cream is also the only method that is not contra-indicated for acne scar removal while on Accutane treatment for instead of acting on skin that is thinned by the action of the drug it strengthens the skin by regenerating healthy tissues while at the same time taking away damaged and dying cells. The cream also prevents further scarring as it avoids the fragility of the skin that Accutane normally yields as an undesired side effect of the action of the isotretinoin drug.
