2.- Your Billing Address (must be exactly as is on your credit card billing statements / as registered at the issuer of the card).

4.- The name and complete address where you wish the product to be delivered (not a P.O. Box).
5.- The order: number of jars or bottles and name of product(s).

Mailing an order and including payment.
If you wish to send us the same information as above by mail, including your payment by money order or a cashiers check (issued by the bank not from your own bank account). WE can not accept cash and will not be responsible if you loose cash you send. Please mail your order (and add proof of delivery service at the Post Office) to our address as seen below at this page. Allow at least 15-20 days for the delivery of the goods (for the mail to reach us, clearance of your payment, and processing times).
